We ship to all US states, including Alaska and Hawaii as well as to Canada. We also ship to Military APO / FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes. However, not all items can be shipped to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, APO / FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes and certain other restrictions apply. We cannot ship internationally other than to Canada. Most shipping restrictions, along with cost of shipping and handling, are stated during checkout before you complete your purchase. Most orders leave our warehouse within two full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Canadian customers please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.

At this time we do not ship to Europe or any other locations outside of the US or Canada.

Standard Ship Items

The vast majority of our items are shipped via Standard Shipping. Shipping costs are dependent on the item(s) that are in your order and choice of shipping.

Standard Ground Shipping

Standard Ship Items typically leave the warehouse within three to five business days. Please allow six to ten days for packages to arrive once you have received shipping notification.

Third Day Shipping

The delivery of some Standard Ship Items can be upgraded to Third Day Shipping. In order to expedite processing time, your Third Day order must be received by 12:00 p.m. ( noon) EST. Items shipped using the Third Day Shipping method usually arrive three full business days after leaving the warehouse.

Oversized Items

Some heavy or oversized items, like game tables, must be shipped via a freight trucking company. Usually, Oversized Items arrive in 7-14 full business days after leaving the warehouse. Most Oversized Items leave the warehouse within four full business days. Because this is a larger and heavier item, it can only be sent via ground freight; therefore, we cannot offer expedited shipping. The freight trucking company is not responsible for carrying the item into the building, unless noted in the item's description. Your package is likely to be heavy and large; therefore, we recommend that you have someone with you to bring the package inside.

Free Ground Shipping

Items with "Free Ship" in the title are eligible for Free Ground Shipping. To receive free shipping you must select the "Standard Shipping Ground" option at checkout. This offer is only valid for orders shipped within the continental U.S. Offer only valid while supplies last and is limited to sizes/styles available. This offer applies only to the individual item; other items in your cart that are not eligible will still incur a shipping charge. This promotional offer may be modified or terminated at any time without notice.

Dealhaven will only accept returns of defective or damaged products and products shipped in error within 30 days of purchase.

PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card are accepted. We do not accept: Cash, Personal Checks, CODs, Layaway Plans or any other form of payment. For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment, and be located in the United States or Canada.

Sales Tax

State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the states of California, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania.

Canadian buyers will be assessed an International Handling Fee on all orders. This will be represented by the "Sales Tax" charge and will be broken out by line item in your order confirmation email. Select orders are subject by law to a GST tax charge.

If you won more than one item, they can be combined for a combined shipping rate.

Do you take money orders/ checks/ cash?

We are sorry, but there is no way to accept money orders or any other paper forms of payment for our auctions. Our systems can only accept payments made electronically with Paypal or a major credit card.

Do you email Second Chance Offers?
