Generally, we pack and ship each item individually to meet the constant rigors of shipping and handling but when you buy more than one item at The Clearance Cart, you'll save 1.00 per item you've purchased. So go ahead. Bid, we've got you covered.

We ship our items via UPS but occasionally find the need to use USPS.

Items usually ship within 4 business days of receiving cleared payment excluding

weekends and holidays. . There is a 5.00 handling fee per item for local pick-up unless other amount is stated in the description. If pick-up items are not claimed within 14 days of auction end, the

item and all funds will be forfeited to The Clearance Cart to cover warehouse and restocking fees. 

Unfortunately, on rare occasion carriers might damage items during shipping.

If your item is damaged The Clearance Cart will file a claim with the carrier

and if due, issue a refund. Refunds will be made when a settlement check from the carrier is received.

Contact us at customercare@theclearancecart.com within 48 hours of confirmed delivery to begin claim. Delivery will be considered successful

if notification is not received within the 48 hour period.

                                     Return Policy  

Our Techs are dedicated to making sure that the inspection evaluation is competent and thorough. The items evaluated are tried and tested for basic functionality. We take pride in the fact that when an item leaves our Testing Department for listing, that means it works, you can count on it.  At times it becomes necessary to list things as untested for lack of proper enviroment or facilities to correctly evaluate a particular item. These items are called "untested" and are clearly stated as such in the listing's description.

* Return Policy: We are committed to the satisfaction of our customers and strive to provide the highest level of service and excellence. All Items that are sold "Guaranteed" against D.O.A. (Dead-on-Arrival) are tested and are covered by our return policy. When an item is returned, it is tested, if not functioning it will be replaced or a refund will be issued depending on the item's condition. Items that are sold AS-IS are clearly described as such and are not covered by our return policy. If an item arrives and malfunctions, it is the Buyer's responsibility to contact us by e-mail within 48 hours of receiving the product. If no 48 hour notification is made, we will consider the shipment, as per our carrier's delivery notification, as "delivered" and the transaction deemed "successful" by the winning bidder. All returned items must be returned within 7 days of receiveing the item as per our carriers delivery notification or the D.O.A. policy is void.

Please take note, if you have purchased your item as a gift, please check your items within the 48 hour notification period as no claims will be accepted thereafter. The Clearance Cart reserves the right to replace before refund. In order for us to process a return, all serial numbers must match our records. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping and costs involved, any and all shipping costs are non-refundable.
