Both items are new in the box, the liftmaster keyless entry can hold up to 7 DIFFERENT CODES at one time so if you want to have different codes for your house keeper or for your friends that are out of town you can do so...... easy as 1,2,3 and your done. the 373 remote control system can control up to 3 different liftmaster doors on one controller, as long as you have the same operator system it can be done. This makes it easier instead of looking for 3 different remotes the one remote does it all.
The 373LM is the newer style keyless entry not as the 376LM is much like a square looking box, the 373LM keyless entry has the new design.

Note : the keyless entry and the remote control will work for sears craftsman & chamberlain type of openers. As long as the opener has the PURPLE learning button on the back of the opener.
