Product Condition:

Please be advised that the items for sale are consumer returns and there is a chance that the merchandise is defective, may have missing components or minor scratches or defects.

We do not plug in or power up the merchandise to verify functionality.

Accessories such as remote controls, batteries, cables or paperwork may or may not be included.

All of our merchandise is sold As-Is.

It is important that all bidders understand what they are bidding on and feel confident that they are dealing with an honest and reputable company. Please review our feedback comments to get the best sense of how our customers enjoyed their ChanceDeals buying experience.

This site poses a degree of RISK for buyers and is not for every bidder. We want to be very clear and up-front about these items. There are no refunds for inventory that is defective or DOA. The pricing on the auction site is reflective of the risk a buyer takes.

Payment:

We accept only PayPal (Confirmed Addresses Only) and Visa, MC, Discover (US Issued Only).

Confirmed Address or Bill to address must be used at time payment

All items must ship to the billing address of the credit card or PayPal Confirmed address used for purchase.

We do not and will not accept Money Orders, Checks, or American Express.

Sales tax charged in CA, GA, OH and PA. In accordance with the California recycling policies, a recycling fee is included for any product which includes an LCD or CRT.

Payment is due within 7 days of auction ending.

You must use the payment link that will be sent to you in our winning bid notification. This email will contain all necessary payment instructions and pick up details. If you do not receive this email within a hour of the auction closing, please contact us at chancedeals@genco.com.

Pick-up Details:

Customer Pick Up:

Contact us, at shippingsupportcd@genco.com, to schedule a pick up date and time and supply us with the name of the person picking up the item.

Pick Up date MUST BE 48 hours after payment clear date.

The Pick up Date must be scheduled within 3 days of the payment cleared date. If we do not hear from you within the three days we will cancel the order and refund your payment, minus the handling fee.

Any order paid for on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday WILL NOT be ready for pick up until the following Tuesday.

Pick-up will be available by appointment only Mon-Fri from 9:00am to 3:30pm. The warehouse is closed on weekends and holidays.

Before the merchandise is released we will ask for photo identification and copies of the ChanceDeals Payment Thank You and pick up confirmation emails.

Carrier Pick Up:

Shipping fees must be paid within 3 days of the order payment cleared date. If we do not hear from you within the three days we will cancel the order and refund your payment, minus the handling fee.

Once the shipping fee is paid, the pick up date will be scheduled 24 - 48 hours after the payment clear date.

Carrier Pick-up will be scheduled Mon-Fri from 9:00am to 3:30pm. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and holidays.

**Note: Shipping fees will not be reimbursed for shipment refusals.

Return Policy:

All sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges unless the item you receive is a different model from that which you won in a Chance Deals auction.

If an item is not the same model as that in the description please contact us at chancedeals@genco.com, within 48 hours of receipt and we will make arrangements to exchange the product. If an item is not available, we will refund your total payment.

Exchanges or refunds will not be processed until the original item is returned to the warehouse and verified.

Once the 48 hour window has passed, we will not extend exchange or refund privileges.

Customer Care:

Our customer service team is available Monday - Friday between 8:00am and 4:00pm EST.

We send an e-mail to the winning bidder within a hour after the end of the auction.

After your payment clears, we e-mail you an order confirmation and invoice.

We e-mail an order shipment confirmation and link to the UPS tracking system.
