Condition is fair to good. Cover binding is slightly worn and there is a tiny bend to the lower right hand side of cover. The color of the cover is not faded. All the inside pages are all intact and in excellent condition! Size is 10 3/4" x 8 1/4" and 1/4" thick. This book is 19 years old and was very well kept by the previous owners. I am now the owner of this booklet. I collect old and vintage books, magazines, booklets and all antique paper goods. I have been collecting books for over 20 years now. It is a fascinating hobby!
