I want to sell the lumber as a lot but will consider selling a partial amount for $0.60 per board foot, at least a $100 minimum. I would actually prefer to sell it this way because I want to keep a few pieces for projects. This is an unusually low price; I have seen oak lumber from $1.00 to $3.75 per board foot. Contact me at blezon@jacksonfurnind.com if interested. As you can see from the pictures I cannot dig for specific sizes. I would sell board feet from the top down and of course I would discard any pieces you did not want because of poor quality. The wood was cut off my land to provide a lot for my home and has been air dried for eight months. Almost all of the lumber was milled to 4/4.
