The bulk of our items come from Closeouts, Overstock, Shelf Pulls, or Unclaimed Freight etc. Some boxes may have warehouse/shipping wear or damage. In most cases we open all of our items, including brand new items, to inspect them thoroughly and ensure they are described accurately in the listing.
Shipping: UPS shipping rates include $100 insurance. No insurance is included in the USPS rates. Please be sure to purchase applicable insurance for your item. If insurance is not purchased, we are not responsible for an item damaged in shipping. If you prefer a different carrier from the ones in the listing please contact us and we will be glad to give you a quote. In most cases,excluding weekends, your item will be shipped within 1 - 2 days from the date your payment has cleared. All items purchased through Paypal are processed first.
Payment: We accept Paypal, Money Orders, or Personal Checks.

Return Policy: At HousewareBargain we are committed to providing you with the highest level of customer satisfaction. If we feel that an item is not packaged well enough to withstand the rigors of shipping as a single item in its original packaging, we will repack it to our standards. In the rare case that a Return is warranted, such as malfunctioning items, we offer a very liberal 7 days (which starts at the confirmed delivery date) to contact us. The Item Cost will be refunded. The Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Refunds are issued immediately upon receipt of the auction item at our place of business.
