Umbrella is (including clamp part) approximately 30" high and opens to about 42" diameter (I think I measured that right) for protection from the sun's damaging rays. Flexible shaft can be adjusted to any angle to compensate for the sun's position. Clamps onto any of Travel Chair's steel tubing chairs with backs; rubber grip works with either bare tubing or fabric covered tubing. Bendable so you can adjust to your comfort from suns rays. Comes in its own nylon carry bag so easy to tote anywhere you bring your chair. This is multi-colored (maroon, navy, orange and green) and is in great condition.
