QUESTION ABOUT A PARTICULAR ITEM: We
put as much info in our listing as we know about the item. We
understand that many times our listings are a little vague as to
product specs, but we sell a wide variety of items and don't know the
technical specs about everything. Before asking us a question, please
try to research on your own. We always include a model number and
manufacturer. Try the manufacturers website, a google search, or other
ebay listings, with the model number we provide to learn technical
information & product specifics. This is also helpful because many
times we don't get questions answered before the item ends.
PICTURES: In
most cases, the actual item is pictured. If you are looking at an item
that is a store display or used, odds are, if it is not mentioned in
the description and not in the picture, it is NOT coming with the
item. Even on NEW items, we cannot guarantee you will get a perfect
box, the box may have tape, stickers, creases, writing, etc. Please
see the picture! If an item states it is complete, it
will have everything the manufacturer includes with the product, unless
items are noted as missing.
RETURNS / SHIPPING DAMAGE: Our open
box / used / store display items are all checked for functionality
before listing. We are a Fedex inspected facility with reguards to our
packaging. If your item is damaged, you must contact us by Ebay
messages and please allow adequate time for us to file an insurance
claim with the shipper. Our items are sold AS-IS, and we only allow
returns if one of the following has happened. The item was damaged in
shipping, you were shipped the wrong item, or the item was described as
working and it is not on arrival. Please TEST YOUR ITEM when you get
it. We will not honor any claim of DOA or "Problems" if not reported
to us within 3 days of receipt. WE DO RECORD THE SERIAL NUMBER OF ALL
ITEMS BEFORE SHIPPING, AND WILL VERIFY UPON RETURN.
FIX ME ITEMS: We
do list items for sale that have functionality problems. These will
have FIX ME in the description. We do our best to describe the problem
the unit has, but again we are not providing a technical report. All
fix me items are AS-IS and they will NOT have been looked at by anyone
to try to fix.

I ASKED A QUESTION ON FRIDAY NIGHT AND IT'S NOW SUNDAY AND YOU
HAVEN'T RESPONDED, WHATS THE PROBLEM? We don't work evenings and
weekends and will get to your answer on Monday/Tuesday depending on
