You are bidding on a 30” x 12” wood furnace vent floor grate.  It is 1.25” thick.  The individual openings in the grate measure about 2.5” x .75”.  It looks like it is oak.  It looks to be in good condition but could use a good cleaning.  It does have a couple spots that look like it has a little water staining on it.  It doesn’t look like it has any kind of finish on it.
