Paypal preferred, but will happily accept payments by cheque or postal order from UK customers. Goods paid for by cheque, postal order or echeque will be shipped when payment has cleared. Overseas buyers must pay for their purchases using Paypal.
Orders are normally shipped the next working day, however, please allow upto 3 working days. Proof of posting is always obtained, and in the event that an order is not received by you, we shall assist in trying to obtain compensation from the relevent postal service or courier, however, we will not be held personally responsible for orders that aren't received.
If you're not happy with your purchase then return it to us within 30 days and we will refund the purchase price. Please note that items should be returned with any tags intact and in original packaging. We will only refund postage costs for items that are received damaged or defective. For all returns please email us first so that we can send you return instructions. Feedback will only be left after we have received feedback.
