Postage |
Royal Mail First Class or Special Delivery unless other arrangements are agreed and confirmed via email from ourselves.

Delivery |
We will send the goods within 2 working days from receipt of cleared payment. If the item sells for more than its initial bid the item will be send first class post, otherwise it will be sent second class. Please be aware that for Special Delivery option, someone will have to sign for the goods on delivery – if the items are returned as undeliverable we will only resend on payment of additional postage costs.

Non-delivery |
No claims will be considered except where the buyer accepts Special Delivery postage option.

|
Damage |
Claims will be considered once the item (including the packaging) has been returned (at buyers cost) and inspected. If goods are found to be fault, the full eBay purchase price and mailing costs will be refunded.

|
Payment |
Payment via PayPal, cheques (issued on UK banks only) or UK Postal Order expected within 7 calendar days.
|
|
Non-payment |
If payment is not received within 7 calendar days, a non-paying bidder alert will be posted with eBay. Failure to pay within 10 days of the end of the auction will result in the sale being cancelled.

Non-UK orders |
Only considered after prior discussion.
