SHIPPING: Listing items, packaging them up, daily post office runs, gas, supplies (sometimes needed & sometimes not) & time are all at my expense (Recent escalating gas & postal prices are also calculated). For this reason I have handling charges...NOT to gauge my customers! Each package will be shipped based on the fastest and most economical way. If you are in any way uncomfortable with this...PLEASE DO NOT BID!!! It is totally unfair for anyone to leave (or threaten to leave) negative feedback based on these shipping costs when I am completely upfront about them!
*Please note: I DO combine Shipping! On all items except wine charms it is the highest shipping charge for the first item and $3.00 for each additional item after that. Wine charms are $3.50 for the first set and $1.50 for each set after that. If you purchase any items AND wine charms it will be the highest shipping charge for the first item and then $1.50 for each set of wine charms.
Payment is due within 7 days of the end of auction. If you are bidding on other items I have up for auction just let me know and I am happy to wait for those auctions to end...as long as they end within the 7 days. I am constantly listing new items and cannot wait endless periods of time for people to finish bidding. Non payment will result in relisting of item and an unpaid item dispute will be filed with Ebay.
**INSURANCE: Insurance is optional for any of my items. I can promise you that everything is wrapped well enough to prevent breakage & for that reason you don't need to purchase insurance. If something arrives damaged, return the item and I will refund your money no questions asked. However, I cannot guarantee that the Mailman will find your house. I have learned since I have started buying & selling on Ebay that packages can and DO get lost. For THAT reason you might want to consider purchasing insurance. Once the package is in the hands of the US Postal Service I cannot be responsible if it gets lost. (Translation: If you do not purchase insurance and your package gets lost I WILL NOT refund your money!).
FEEDBACK: Please leave feedback! Any more explanation than that shouldn't be necessary but sadly it is. Many buyers just don't realize how hard sellers work to get their feedback. Positive feedback allows other buyers to see that we are honest and trustworthy sellers. I do my best to provide quality merchandise at a good price as well as good service and I simply ask in return that you take the 30 seconds out of your life to leave me feedback letting myself and others know that you are happy with your transaction. Of course I will gladly do the same.
