Against Mosquiotos, chiggers, gnats, black flies, sand flies, and stable flies. It is from union carside consumer products company New York N.Y. I usually ship within 48 hours of payment except when checks are involved as I must wait for these to clear at the bank and once they clear I ship withing 48 hours,Holidays excluded.I leave feedback once it is received as this way I know the item was received and"AS described".If not contact me first BEFORE leaving feedback.
I encourage questions as I list many items and quickly list important information so please ask but ask in a a timely manner as I do not sit at the computer the hour before an items ends.If you do not ask questions do not ask me why I did not put that in my description as this is your chance to catch something I missed.All my items are sold "AS Pictured""As IS" so again,ask questions,I will point out problems that I see if there are cracks,chips,or wear but alot of items I list are foreign to me or I do not know enough about them so make the questions simple as I am no expert.All items are estate items so may need cleaned.I only ship USPS.I ship international but if you want the cheapest first class rates for items rather than pay for priority,when packed,weighing under 4 pounds,I must personally deliver these to the post office so there is a handling fee for gas as I must process these directly through the post office and cannot use my pick up service and Paypal charges a money exchange rate fee that I must pass on in the shipping.To have international insurance you must pay the priotity rate as USPS will not insure it otherwise.Boxes,packing materials and tape cost money and are part of the shipping charge.I also put delivery confirmation on all items now,check paypal for number and I send customs declaration numbers to international buyers.Any item over $200 in USA will be required to pay a signature confirmation fee of $1.75.If it looks like the picture does not match the description contact me as the description takes priority.I am not responsible for mispellings or mistakes in ad,again ask questions.If for some reason that I preapprove an item return I only refund the item cost only,no shipping is refunded.If an item is returned to me for the wrong address or no one home or to no fault of my own you are responsible for repaying the shipping to receive the item.By Buying this item you agree to the above rules.
