When you checkout, we use the address you give us so please double check. We are not responsible for additional shipping costs if the item is returned to us because we were given incorrect information.

We answer all of our emails as soon as we can. Mon-Fri, emails are answered all day. On the weekends, if we are in the office we will answer immediately, if we are out, we will only answer once per day, so please be patient . If you do not hear from us, we did not get your email, so please try again. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

We are liquidators. We sell overstock, shelf pulls, brand new items, customer returns, and refurbished items. The condition of the item will be stated in the main listing of every ad. What is open box? It just means that the item has been out of the box and may be a customer return, but is a new, unused item with all attachments and instructions unless otherwise noted.

Most items include a manufacturer's warranty card, but it is up to each manufacturer, whether they will honor the warranty as we have no affiliation with them as liquidators.

Often, the original packaging will be damaged. We will repack it or fix the packaging, but the item itself is in perfect condition unless otherwise noted.
