Refund Policy
· We stand behind every item we sell. If you are not pleased with your purchase, we’ll be happy to give an
· exchange if available or refund the product price less S&H. BUT YOU MUST inform us within 7 days of
· Confirmation of your purchase being delivered to your address by USPS.

· Buyer must contact us via eBay within 7 days of delivery for all return requests.
All returns must have a valid Return Authorization Number before the item is returned.
Please send a note through "Contact Seller" on eBay describing the reason for return.
A response with return instructions will be sent as soon as possible (usually within 1 business
day).

· For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system.
· Additionally, the product must be in its original condition: including box, UPC bar code, packaging,
· and all other accessories.
· Opened software, music, games, and movies are not eligible for returns.
· Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed.

· Original Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

I take my packages to the post EVERYDAY NOW….THE LORD HAS BLESSED US IN OUR SALES….YEA….
I ship Parcel Post. If you would like a different type of shipment please inform me before invoice is made so I can adjust toward what you would like.

Please remember what you are buying. The majority of items we sell are open boxed items. People like you and me have sent these items back for one reason or another. I try my best to explain all that I know about an item. I don’t know its background due to the major retailers not given me that info. So what I do is give you what I know. The packages will not look like brand new off the shelf due to being opened. If they did I would be selling them at a higher cost but due to it being opened that gives everyone a great product at a great price. Please ask if you have a question great or small. I want your experience with C & T to be a pleasant one. 5 Stars means a lot when you’re selling on Ebay.
