This is a Leviton #80701-E black single-gang toggle wallplate. These are high performance thermoplastic wallplates; they are unbreakable, designed for more demanding locations such as commercial installations - do not confuse them with regular Residential Grade wallplates. They are Commercial Specification Grade, standard size plates. Each is individually packaged with matching mounting screws. This is New Old Stock and is returnable for any reason.
